Welcome to The Property Auctions website.
This site has been set up to enable prospective sellers to broaden the range of potential viewing of their property to a wider market at no extra cost. The site is not an Estate Agency but an auction venue.
Selling your Property
Simply complete and submit the sale form obtained from the site together with a photograph of the property to be sold and the reserve figure you are hoping to achieve – we will do the rest! The property will be advertised on the site for a minimum of six weeks. There is no charge for this facility.
Making a Bid
Again complete and submit the offer form obtained from the site with your bid for the property and we will pass this on to the seller. No offers will be accepted after 12 midnight of the closing date. No charge will be made at this stage.
Our Services
Our services will be to contact both parties’ solicitors to hand over the relevant information so that the process can begin. We will not become involved with any other negotiations relating to the selling and bidding of properties.
